BOOK NOW for our next Wine for Locals event on Sunday October 18th departing from convenient San Francisco Locations!

October is Wine Making season in Napa Wine Country and we have an exclusive tour that goes behind the scenes of the Wine Making process. Unlike other Wine Country tours, you will be doing a little of the work on this tour! Get ready to roll up your sleeves and join in the crushing of the grapes at Hopper Creek Winery. Everyone in the group will have the chance to experience and participate in what wine makers call the "punching down" of the grapes. Once you have tried this you will definitely appreciate all the hard work that goes in to making good red wine. Once the work is done and out of the way your guide will take over and, you can sit back and enjoy a glass for yourself! (Please be advised do not wear white on this tour!)

In the afternoon the tour will make a stop at a great local Marketplace in Napa for lunch (meals not included). Following lunch your guide will take you to another two great wineries to sample more of the great Napa Wines

This winery has a Jeffersonian theme, following the Constitutions main Author's interest in wine. The architecture of the main building at the Monticello Winery is reminiscent of Jefferson's Monticello home. The Wine produced at Monticello winery covers a wide variety of wine types because their grapes are grown in one of their FIVE vineyards scattered throughout the St. Helena, Yountville, Oak Knoll District, and Rutherford areas.
